Dear Sir, We have paid the Oct-2021 month's ECR and at the time of payment we faced an error ''Awaiting Payment Confirmation from Bank''.
Then few times later I have verified it from View Locked Challan Status. I have many times verified it but it results as ''Unable to get transaction status from bank''. However, the payment was already deducted from the bank at the time of payment. Can I reject this transaction? Please suggest what to do.
