Hello, I have changed three companies over a span of 2-3 years, and as of February, my total experience is nine years. I noticed that my PF amount was transferred from one company to another; however, the pension contribution was not transferred into my UAN-linked pension account on the EPFO website. Please help me understand.
Why was my pension money not transferred?
1) Why was my pension money not transferred?
Pension transfer requirements
2) Will it be transferred if I complete 10 years of "total experience," or do I need to complete 10 years of experience with "one company"?
Eligibility for pension withdrawal
3) If my pension is not transferred from my previous company, as I have not completed 10 years with that single company, am I eligible to withdraw the pension from my previous employer now?
Withdrawing pension before leaving the current company
4) If I plan to leave this company in the next two years, can I withdraw only the pension amount from my current company before leaving and joining another company?
Pension benefits after 15 years of service
5) If I leave my job in the next five years after completing 15 years of total service, will I receive a pension at retirement? Can I withdraw the full amount or a partial amount at that time?
Please advise.

Dear Ahosk,
1. If you left your last job before completing 6 months, then the pension amount will not transfer.
2. Eligibility for a pension is 10 years of service in one company, which will be considered for retirement pension.
3. If you want to withdraw PF & EPS, then a 2-month gap is a must between the previous company and joining a new company.
Thank you.

Hi Ravi,
Thank you for replying. I have changed companies three times in the span of more than a year and a half, and currently, I have a total experience of 10 years and 2 months. So, do you mean I am not eligible for a pension amount since I have not completed 10 years with one company?
Thank you,
Akash
