Hi, I worked at company X for 4.6 years and transferred my PF to organization Y. However, I left organization Y just 3 months after resigning to join Z. I requested a PF withdrawal from organization Y as all my PF funds were accumulated there. Unfortunately, the withdrawal request was rejected due to my short 3-month tenure. Now, I am wondering if I can transfer the PF to my PF account in Z, or if there are any constraints related to my time with company Y.
Thanks,

Dear, there is no constraint regarding PF transfer as there is no time limitation for the transfer of PF funds. You can initiate it by filling up Form-13 and submitting it to the previous employer for forwarding to RPFC. In case the company is unwilling to assist, you have to get it certified by a gazetted officer and submit it directly to RPFC.

PF Withdrawal and Transfer Eligibility
If we quit the organization before six months, we can withdraw only our deducted part of the PF share. If we transfer our previous amount to our current PF account, then we are eligible for the whole contribution from the previous employer. Transferring the previous account to the current account is beneficial for us.
