Dear All,

My company wants to recruit data entry operators at a salary scale of 8-10K for 90 days only. I want to know if it is mandatory for us to deduct EPF from those employees. If not, then how should we proceed? Should we recruit them as trainees or interns?

Dear Frirend, If he work for 1 day also need to deduct PF, its mandatory. If he fresher in PF then you may avail PMRPY benifit.
