Hi, this is Raja. In my UAN Portal, my Aadhaar details were initially verified with incorrect information (like Raja.K). Now, I have updated my current Aadhaar details to "Raja K," which have also been verified. Both sets of Aadhaar details are now verified in the KYC.

When I try to claim my PF amount, it asks for an Aadhaar OTP. Once I submit the OTP, it shows "AADHAAR OTP VERIFIED SUCCESSFULLY BUT UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST DUE TO MISMATCH INFO."

So, what can I do? How can I remove the previously verified Aadhaar which contains the wrong information (Raja.K)?

wrong aadhar was also submitted by you now visit the EPF PRO , he will verify the facts and allow you to submit modification online, subject to DSC approval by employer
