The implementation date has not been specifically indicated in the judgment as it has been passed on appeals filed by the parties to contention/dispute. Presumably, now onwards all RPFC offices will look into the implementation of the judgment in letter and spirit. Therefore, implementation with retrospective effect as may be applicable cannot be ruled out.
