Hello,
I am currently pursuing my PGPM (completed my 1st year) and I opted for HR as my major. I am doing my 3-month summer internship programme, which is compulsory for every student, in a company that is into manufacturing capital equipment. I am actually new to this field and have only a brief knowledge of HR as our major subject learning starts in the 2nd year. I actually wanted to know what online certified courses I can do to enhance my knowledge and skills? Please guide me regarding this.

Better Option than riding two proverbial boats, consolidate HRD domain knowledge focusing on:
1. Meaning of humane touch, compassion, sensitivity, being fair to the people, just, and proper to the cause;
2. Employment-related laws applicable to industrial as well as commercial establishments;
3. Ascertain ways and means to co-create a safe and secure workplace environment where each contributes nothing less than 100%;
4. Find out ways and means to cleanse/sanitize the workplace of factors causing or likely to cause disruption, interruption, hurdles, or obstacles in creating wealth and a sense of well-being of stakeholders;
5. Know our fundamental rights and duties and uphold them.
