Gratuity Payment Issue at XXX University

I want to bring to attention the condition of a common man who was an employee in the XXX University Department of Finance & Accounts (EMP ID-906) in Greater Noida. I resigned and was relieved as of 10th Oct. 2018 from XXX University. I joined on 3rd Oct. 2011 and worked for more than 7 years, making me eligible for gratuity payment as per the Gratuity Act 1972. However, it has been over four months now, and my gratuity has not been released yet. I am very disappointed as this situation is causing me mental harassment and financial difficulties.

I have requested multiple times for the release of my gratuity from the XXX Management, but there has been no response. This lack of action is tarnishing the reputation of XXX. Having dedicated eight years to the institution, I do not wish to damage our relationship. Therefore, I kindly urge all of you to expedite the release of my gratuity. If not, I will be forced to pursue legal action. We anticipate a prompt resolution to our claim. Thank you.
