240 days of physical attendance is the correct term. To calculate this, consider that there are 365 days in a year, and then subtract the number of weekly offs, earned leaves (EL), casual leaves (CL), festive holidays, gazetted holidays, and other leaves such as medical leaves. The notional presence required for eligibility should be 240 days per year.
