I want to know that i have registered my company in EPF & ESIC 2 month ago but i have only 5 to 6 employees working so is it mandatory to deposit the pf and esic?

If the Org reached minimum eligibility and had downsized the resources,you must continue contributing towards PF. Otherwise, if the employees and management are ok to contribute

Consequently, after obtaining the Code Numbers, you have not remitted contributions on the grounds that you have 5-6 employees. Please comply with this requirement immediately.
