For the current year, please update me on any changes or the latest amendments in the various labor laws applicable to shops, establishments, and the Factory Act.

For information on the end-to-end activity, you may refer to Google. Additionally, you have written one of the functions as Employee Relations. However, we have moved to Employee Engagement.
Lastly, organizing "Formal Mentoring Programme" (Mentoring) is also an important HR function. However, it is not executed in many companies. Going further, there is either a distortion of this function or it is often lumped with coaching. Lumping has diluted its individuality.
