The CLRA Act of 1970 is applicable to all establishments where a certain number of contract laborers have been employed in the preceding 12 months. Therefore, the conditions of service such as working hours, overtime work, weekly offs, holidays, etc., relating to contract labor employed in such establishments are to be strictly in accordance with the establishment-specific labor laws applicable to them only. That's why no separate provisions are included in the CLRA Act of 1970.
