Hope the community is doing good. I have been associated with an organisation for the past one year and am resigning to pursue higher studies. I am ready to bear the bond amount(Service agreement made for 2 years) and serve the notice period for one month and buyout 2 months if needed. Will I be denied the Experience and Relieving letter even after following the norms? If denied are there any ways to legally proceed?
Thanks in advance!

It is welcome that you are resigning from the organization to pursue the higher studies. but,on the other hand it is equally important that your sudden decision of disassociation should not effect the organisation adversely.you are positively stated that you are ready to bear the cost of bond. its state your clean mind and no second thought is there.but it thoroughly depends on the organisation to relive or not considering the Business loss for the Org....considering the substituent/Replacement of yours.....considering the complexion of your work profile every thing maters.
they can't denied the reliving if all above things go smoothly.because once they issue a reliving letter to you yours legal relation of employee-employer get conclude along with all legal liabilities towards organisation.legal proceeding i don't think make any stand in the court of law because court gives decision on practical facts and not on hypothetical questions.
Regards
Ravi.
