I would like to inquire about the responsibility for deducting PF when an employee is hired on a contract basis, specifically in a labor contract. Should the employer pay the full amount to the contractor or deduct PF from it? Who is responsible for paying the PF to the employee - the contractor or the employer? Does the payment made by the employer include the PF amount?

amount of PF has been going in this way.. employer will give that amount to contractor & contractor should have to credit in labor’s account.
