My question is many company hold 1st month salary and it will paid after 1 years of completion of service. Is it Legal or not ?

Dear Ravi, It is completely illegal practice. Any company follows are not abiding the rules and regulations laid down by the govt of India.

Dear Ravi,

It is not at all acceptable to hold employees' salary until his probation completion. If needed, you should inform your bosses/management that it is illegal and unethical to follow such systems.
