ERI and ER II have to be submitted to the Employment Exchange office as per AP rules. ERI is a quarterly report with details of employment and the percentage increase or decrease in employment. The sheet also includes the number of female and male workers.
ER II needs to be submitted bi-annually and should contain details of all employees, including their designation, qualifications, and experience.
