Thank you for providing information on the holidays for AP in 2018. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Dearness Allowance (DA) payable for the industries and other establishments in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has not yet been released, even though the points are related to the period from January to June 2017. I attempted to calculate the average CPI, but I am unsure of the method or basis used to arrive at it.
As a very senior and knowledgeable member of the forum, you may be able to determine the method for calculating the average CPI for DA and share this information with the members. This would be extremely beneficial for everyone.
