I have an offer letter from TCS and am expecting a joining letter anytime soon. In the meantime, I was accused of selling tickets illegally (black market tickets) outside of a sports stadium. I have a court case pending, although I am sure that I will be proven not guilty as I was not selling anything. Does this pending case affect my job prospects at TCS after a background check? Kindly please help.
