Dear Friend,
For women employees doing the nigh shift which ends on after 09.00 pm you have to provide drop facility with security. Employee has to be dropped at her door step and till the time she enters her house and closes the door, the vehicle has to wait.
You have to maintain complete record of the vehicle along with the details of the driver, driver's back ground has to be checked before employing him. Time of leaving, time of reaching home and dropping the employee.
Security person accompanying female employee has to call the concerned person from the house of the employee to confirm that she has been dropped at her home safely.
Employee should also be instructed that she has safely reached.
All these records has to be maintained. Cost of transport and security has to be borne by the Company.
Warm Regards
