Hi, I'm facing a problem where a person has taken half-day leave on Thursday. On Friday, it was a declared holiday. On Saturday, he had a paid leave, then Sunday off, and on Monday, he also didn't come. My question is, should I deduct Sunday from his salary or not? Thank you.

Normally, most of the companies will consider sunday as leave in this situation. As, employee was on leave on saturday and monday, therefore, sunday will also be counted in leave. Regards, Manish
