Hey Friends,
My question is, if someone is working on a weekly off, how should it be compensated?
1. Can they be eligible for overtime?
2. Or can they be eligible for compensatory time off?
Or can they be eligible for both overtime and compensatory time off?
Kindly provide me with a solution referencing the rules mentioned in the act.
Thanks,
Hardik

Hi Hardik, a compensatory off on any working day is good to go. For overtime, refer to the law applicable to your establishment.
