How can you not have his address ? Surely details were taken during rectuitment and when esic and PF registration was done for him Plus some of the coworkers would know his address

Thank you for the response. In some rural and fully remote areas, tribal workers do not have any identity proofs. However, in order to complete the project quickly, they have hired the workers on a daily wage basis.
I am concerned about how they can employ laborers without any identity or address proofs.
