Issue with Missing EPF Contributions
Some EPF contributions from past months are missing from my EPF passbook. Upon inquiry with the EPF Office, they informed me that the contributions have not been deposited. However, I am certain that they have been deposited as I handle the online payment process. How should I proceed, and to whom should I address this complaint?
Discrepancy in Staff Member's EPF Contribution
Additionally, one of the staff members who has left the service shows a total contribution of Rs. 80,000, but he only received Rs. 50,000. I directed him to the EPF office with the CRN number and TRRN number as proof of deposit. Unfortunately, they are refusing to accept this and are insisting that the contribution has not been deposited. Please advise.

Hello friends,
I am also facing the same issue. Last year's May month contribution and this year's June contribution are not reflected in the passbook, even though I know the payment has been made.
Kindly let me know what I have to do... Please... Employees are asking us as we didn't pay the PF contribution.
