Hi, I joined a company on 31st January 2017. I received my payslip for the month of January. Now, if I leave my job after completing June this year, will I receive PF from both sides or only from my side deductions?

Dear Suresh, As you have not completed 6 months with the organisation, thus you will receive only your amount of contribution.

Thanks.

Ok, I got that, but my doubt is that PF deductions are done for January, and I have a payslip. So, according to it, January will also be considered as a financial month. Therefore, from January to June, it will be 6 months. Or do I have to work until the 31st of July for both sides of PF.

Hi, Your DOJ and DOL also be consider for tenure you have spent with the organisation. Thus if you want to take both benefit you need to work for more than 6 months.
