PF withdrawal claim got rejected.

Hello Friends,

Could you please help me with what I have to do next if the claim has been rejected with the following status:

Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (CBSLM000000) has been rejected. The rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to the address in your claim form.

Reason for rejection: CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F NOT ENCLOSED/SIGNED.

Status: Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (CBSLM00*0000**) has been rejected. The rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to the address in your claim.

Reason for rejection: CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F NOT ENCLOSED/SIGNED.

Please help me to get my PF refund.

From the above message, it is assumed that none of the supporting documents were attached duly attested and/or the forms were not duly signed by the employee or employer. Please wait for the rejection letter for further clarification.

Dear Udhaya,

I think you have deposited your UAN base form and your KYC documents such as Aadhar Card and bank account details are updated. However, your personal information like Father's Name, Date of Birth, Date of Joining, and Date of Leaving are not available. Please contact your previous employer and submit Form 5/10.

Visit your concerned EPFO office, they will tell the exact reason behind rejection, above mentioned reasons indicate Form No 9 not submitted by the employer.

but this certicate require when we withdrwal PF in advance while working with the organisation.
