I would like to request clarification on the eligibility criteria for taking a week off in the BPO sector.
Examples:
1. Suppose I worked for 2 days (Mon & Tue) in a week, am I eligible for a week off for that particular week?
2. If an employee takes leave for 15 days, is he/she still eligible for a week off in between?
3. Can we avail 4 weeks off at a time?
Please provide clarification.

Dear Rupesh,
You need to have at least three paid days in a week to get the week off. If any employee takes 15 leaves continuously, and the company allows at least three types of leaves - like sick, casual, and earned - in a week, then they can be eligible to have the entire week off.
