Recently, I joined a company, and I am the only person handling all HR operations. Therefore, I will create new Business Conduct Guidelines for my company. Could you please suggest how to prepare the Business Conduct Guidelines (BCG)? I hope to receive answers from you.

Dear Roja,
If you are from HR, then you may prepare an Induction Manual, an Employee Manual, and a Code of Conduct for the employees. In fact, the Code of Conduct can be a part of the Employee Manual as well. All three documents help in shaping the culture of the company.
How many have heard of Business Conduct Guidelines (BCG) remains to be seen. Therefore, I recommend obtaining clarification from the person who has concocted this idea!
Thanks,
