Monthly Bonus Payments and ESIC: What's the Right Legal Approach?


Does ESIC applicable on Bonus amount, if I am crediting the earned Bonus amount every month to the employees? Please let know the correct legal way to payout bonus every month. Thanks Sarita

equated bonus paid per mlonth is clubbed with ESIC salary, you have to pay the same other than monthly basis.
