Hi,

If an employee takes leave (granted by the employer) before and after the weekly off, what should we mark on his rest day - "weekly off" or "leave"?

For example: If an employee takes leave on Saturday and Monday, with Sunday being his/her weekly off day.

Query related to establishments under the Rajasthan Shops and Establishment Act.

If you do not have a leave policy then weekly off has to be treated as weekly off only and not as leave.
