Retail Store Weekly Offs: What Happens When Your Day Off Falls Five Times in a Month?

Employees in a retail store in Delhi have 4 weekly offs in a month. Can anyone advice on what is the policy if the designated day falls 5 times in the same month? Thanks in advance

A weekly off shall be given after six days of working and is not calculated on the basis of the number of Sundays in a month, although Sundays are declared as weekly offs in most establishments.
