Hi, This is Nitin D Singh with UAN No. 100011391629. I have been trying to download my passbook for the last 6 months, but it asks me to activate my UAN number. When I try to activate my account using the given link and fill in all the details, it shows this message: "GET PIN - Click the button to get Authorization PIN on your Mobile number."

[Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons] is registered on the UAN member portal. If this number has not been registered by you or you wish to change it, please submit your request by clicking this link: Contact Helpdesk. I have lodged many complaints on the portal and sent emails, but I have not received any response.

Many times, I changed my mobile number for getting PIN authorization. However, I received the same message from the UAN portal. The message reads, "GET PIN - Click the button to get Authorization PIN on your Mobile number. Mobile Number 90294 is registered on the UAN member portal. In case this has not been registered by you or you wish to change it, kindly submit your request by clicking this link: Contact Helpdesk."

I have raised complaints multiple times on the portal and sent emails, but I have not received any response. If there is a solution, please contact me at [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons].
