Hi Folks!
Hope you are all HRing happily! :) I will keep it short. I work for a healthcare company in HR and I am really keen to know if there is any reputed firm that provides end-to-end services on Employer Branding! Inputs will be appreciated.
Many Thanks! DG

Employer Branding: A Continuous Process
Employer branding is not so difficult that you need to hire the services of an external consultant. Secondly, "branding," whether it is employer branding or product branding, does not have an "end" as such. You have used typical HR jargon of "end-to-end" service while soliciting services from the consulting organization. Branding cannot be equated with recruitment services to obtain "end-to-end" services.
I recommend reading books on branding. Although employer branding is distinct from product branding, understanding the basic concept of branding is essential to develop the right mindset. To succeed in employer branding, firstly, your systems and processes need to be stabilized. Employer branding also depends on the organizational maturity and various organizational surveys like the "Employee Satisfaction Survey" (ESS), etc.
Employer branding is influenced by how the organization treats its people. Just yesterday, there was a post about a prominent American MNC for the worst treatment and illegal termination. You can refer to it by clicking on the following link: https://www.citehr.com/564329-unfair...ment-xxxx.html
Today's world revolves around social media. The lesson all HR professionals should learn from the aforementioned post is that social media can undermine the strength of the brand as well. Social media essentially reflects the organizational affairs.
Almost six years ago, I wrote an article titled "Role of HR in Brand Management." You can refer to the article by clicking on the hyperlink: Role of HR in Brand Management.
To enhance your understanding further on this subject, you may go through the following link on Citehr: https://www.citehr.com/337161-merge-...anagement.html
Last but not least, have you discussed "employer branding" with your Head of Marketing? He/she is the first person to provide you with suggestions/advice. What are his/her suggestions?
Thanks,
