Hi,

A very interesting account of how play changes and relaxes the mind has been presented. Play gives a new role that is free from real-life baggage and tension. In play, we may win or lose. We know that failure will teach a lesson, but the implication is not as serious as in real life. When we win, the joy is double!!

Thanks for the post.

When we play, we learn about our teammates. We learn to plan and work together in the game. The way we play gives an indication of how we will work. Games are important in team building. The learned member above has given good ideas. Cannot understand why the post should be removed.
