Please note that the threshold for TDS on the withdrawal of PF under section 192A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, has been increased from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 effective from 1.6.2016. A copy of the circular dated 30.5.2016 regarding this change is attached.
