Greetings for the day! I hope you are all doing well. I have a question regarding formal attire in the workplace. As a Senior Executive in HR, I need to maintain a proper formal attire. However, due to weight gain, I prefer Indian formal wear such as suits and kurtas. Despite this, I continue to receive feedback from my seniors to be more presentable. When I used to wear Western attire, I never encountered such feedback or situations in my 4-year HR career. Can you kindly suggest ways for me to appear more presentable?
