PT Karnataka FY15-16: Annual Entry Query
From 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016, we didn't pay any employee salaries beyond 15k. Therefore, no PT was deducted from employees, and no PT was paid to the Karnataka Government. However, every month we filed Form 5-A. Now, for annual returns, we need to file for PT. Our question is, do we need to pay any minimal amount yearly to the Karnataka Government for PT yearly filing? If yes, how much do we need to pay? Our firm is registered under the Shops and Establishment Act as a sole proprietorship firm, and the headcount is not more than 9.
Thanks
