Dear Seniors, my question is if one employee’s weekly off is on Tuesday and same day (26 Jan) if the company is not running then Is he will be eligible for C-Off or not?

It depends how you understand the basic objective underlying the grant of weekly holiday or weekly-off to employees.

Compensatory off is given for working on a weekly off. If he has not worked on that day, how will he get a weekly off ?

As simple as for others. If 26 Jan was on Sunday what do you do ? Tuesday is Sunday for that employee so why any additional benefit ?

You need to understand the difference between a compensatory off and a holiday. Compensatory off is given if an employee is called to work on a weekly off or on a holiday but not to compensate for holidays falling on a weekly off.
