If any body got two PAN card with different no that what will S/he do? please guide regarding this matter

Write to the issuing agency quoting both PAN numbers(send xerox Copies) They will promptly cancel one.

One individual can have only one PAN number, so you will have to surrender at least one because there is a penalty of Rs. 10,000 if you are caught with two PAN numbers. You can go to incometax.sparshindia.com and fill the online form for "change in PAN data."
