I am Kamleshwar from Delhi. I had worked for 8 years and 8 months in a Delhi-based private limited software company. After leaving, I came to know about gratuity. For the last two months, the company has not replied to my emails requesting information about gratuity. When I call, the HR department is not providing a clear response, either accepting or denying my request. They keep saying they are looking into the matter.
Please suggest what I should do next.
