Dear All,
I have just had an interview at Muthoot and have been selected. They have informed me about their terms, stating that I need to sign a 2-year bond with them. Additionally, they will retain one of my original certificates from either my 10th grade or graduation, which I can request back temporarily if needed and then return.
I would like to inquire whether it is advisable to work under such a lengthy contract.
Thank you.

There are a few companies that may ask you to sign a bond, but that depends on the position. This is mostly applicable to senior management roles. I don't know which department you are joining and what your designation will be, so it's difficult to comment on that. However, do not provide your original 10th or graduation mark sheets at all.
