Dear All, Recently my company name changed and want to make changes in factory license, we are in maharashtra. Please let me know if there is any procedure need to be followed.

You have to take a demand draft for Rs. 50 and submit forms 1 and 2 with the details of the board of directors in Form 32 (MCA) along with your license book. They will make the changes and provide you with a new book within a month's time.
