Dear All Seniors, Is bonus is payable on subsistence allowance? (Or suspended employee elligible for employee)?

It is well-settled that a subsistence allowance is not wages, and as such, the subsistence allowance paid cannot be treated as remuneration for the purpose of calculating bonuses. However, it depends on how the suspension period is treated in the final outcome of the disciplinary proceedings.

Thank you.
