What documents are required for applying BOCW with Form 1 (BOCW)? As I am applying for BOCW in Bihar state, I don't know what documents are required with that. (Labour department also doesn't know what document is attached with BOCW Form I.) So, can anyone suggest to me what document I should attach? Also, inform me about the rate of treasury challan. I am applying for 50 workers for BOCW, and the condition for payment is 1% cess.
