Dear sir,
I had applied for the post of Assistant Director in a government university. There were around 120 candidates in the written exam, and I was the only one who cleared it. They called only me for an interview and intentionally rejected me.
What should I do? Should I go to court? Please help me.

Dear Manoj,
In reference to your query, please let me know if it was a single-member Interview Board or if two to three members conducted your interview.
How did you presume that the Interview Committee intentionally rejected you? What was their methodology for the interview? Any other relevant information would be helpful.
I can provide a reply to your query if you furnish all the relevant facts regarding the above. Feel free to contact me at <<optimusconsult.info@gmail.com>>.

Dear Sir, There were four interviewers for my post as Assistant Director (Computer). None of them were computer experts. Only one interviewer asked questions regarding my experience certificate from my current employer because I didn't attach a copy of it when I applied. At the time of the written exam, I had declared that I would submit my current employer's experience certificate during the interview. Before the interview, I verified all my documents, including the experience certificate. However, during the interview, he asked why I had not submitted the document when I applied. My interview lasted only 2-3 minutes. They did not appreciate that I had cleared the written exam. Sir, please help me.
