Greetings for the day.
Enclosed circular cites that an employer who makes a payment of less than one lakh in a particular month as a contribution under EPF & Miscellaneous Provisions Act of 1952 and the scheme framed thereunder shall have the option to make such payment through a bank draft, banker's cheque, or a cheque drawn only on the local bank as was done earlier. This order shall be valid up to the month of September 2015.
