I had been making payments through internet banking on the unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in portal. Due to a network issue, I couldn't log in to internet banking. When I tried to restart the process, I couldn't find the payment option. May I know when the option will be available? How long does it take to get back to normal?

Dear Anamika, Please use unlock option to find Challan.Alternatively you can upload ECR once again,create chalan & make payment
