Dear Seniors,
If a person is working as a security guard in two security agencies simultaneously, with one shift in the morning and another in the night, and both employers have deducted his PF and deposited it in separate EPF accounts with different UAN numbers, what does the security guard need to do to consolidate his PF accumulations in one place?
Please advise.

Working for two different agencies may not be legal, but with the poor wages these guards get, it becomes a must to make ends meet. What I can suggest is the second UAN should be canceled, and PF contributions should be channeled into one UAN account only. At least we should be happy that employers are paying PF.
