Myself was an employee of State Bank of India since June 1985. In June 2014, as an officer, I served a three-month notice to the bank for voluntary retirement, effective from October 31, 2014. However, after more than four months had passed since the expiry of the notice, there has been no response from the bank regarding my terminal benefits. I have written to the bank many times after the date of my retirement, but still, the bank has not responded. What should I do?

You are deemed to have been relieved after three months' expiry. Compile the notices sent by you for the retirement dues you are owed. Then, file a writ petition in the High Court for the non-payment of these dues through a reputable lawyer.
