FRSR Rules and Leave Policies
FRSR rules are applicable to employees of our organization. Leave rules as applicable to Central Government employees are being followed. Presently, Overtime Allowance (OTA) is not being paid to any employee, but compensatory leave is being granted.
Overtime Allowance and Pay Limits
As per the existing rule, OTA will not be paid to the Superintendent Cadre holding a pay limit above Rs. 2,200/- p.m. (pre-revised), which is now as given below:
- Rs. 2,200 → Rs. 6,800 (as per 5th P.C.)
- Rs. 6,800 → Rs. 12,650 (as per 6th P.C.)
