As you know, the Industrial DA effective from 01.10.2014 for 2007 and 1997 scales is 98.1% and 234.5% respectively. With the release of the All India Consumer Price Index for the months of September, October, and November 2014, the Industrial DA effective from 01.01.2015 will be 100.3% (an increase of 2.2%) and 238% (an increase of 3.5%) respectively.
Note: In my previous post on projected DA, it was stated as 100% with an increase of 1.9% for 2007 scales. This discrepancy was due to the increase in the number of digits this time. Consequently, the last digit was hidden in my excel sheet. I have now rectified this error.
